Get Mountain Biking provides mountain bike courses, off-road guided rides and bike maintenance courses at venues in Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire and just launched at Thetford Forest Park, Suffolk.
The mountain bike courses that are run will give you all the knowledge and experience you need to get you riding and keep you mountain biking in all terrain and conditions, still with a smile on your face.
With friendly, helpful and informative instructors this is a brilliant activity for all kinds of people, if you're aged 8 to 80, they can cater for your every need.

Dunstable Downs is the highest point in Bedfordshire with fantastic views, it can be described as an ‘extensive chalk and grassland and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Chiltern Gateway Centre is a newly built information centre which is situated on the top of the downs, it's is a perfect place to plan a trip over the Dunstable Downs where you can have a family picnic, fly kites, explore the nature walks and discover the local wildlife haunts. It's the perfect location to watch the gliders and the paragliders take flight over the Downs. The Gateway Centre offers a family friendly café which serves fresh locally produced food, which belongs to Tastes of Bedfordshire Food Mark, so some of the produce sourced here was made in the Bedfordshire .

Hoo Hill Maze is a 30 metre square maze with a 6 metre centre it was planted in 1983 and has grown to over 2 meters in height! The Maze is a brilliant afternoon out for the whole family, creating a challenging and enjoyable time for everyone. The gravel paths that surround the maze enable easy access for wheelchairs and pushchairs users so nobody has to miss out on all the fun! Let the children run free whilst relaxing in the picnic area, there's space to play some ball games, fun childrens' playhouses in the orchard, which are stocked with toys and books so the children can be entertained all day long. The maze can also be hired out for groups, parties and other functions
