Thurleigh Farm

Molly visited Thurleigh Farm with her family and here is her review. Before she went Molly took a look at the website and said that the information Molly found on the website she described as easy. She described it as very interesting and colourful. She has been to the attraction many times so she knew what to expect and is a regular visitor to Thurleigh Farm. The attraction was very easy for them to find as Molly and her family have been there many times before but Thurleigh has very good signage directing people to the farm.

Molly said that the staff are very friendly and helpful, and they used the catering facilities which was lovely.

Here is Molly's own review of Thurleigh Farm.

At Thurleigh Farm there is a whole day of fun. You can play in the indoor area which has 3 slides, ball pits and a basketball hoop and some soft mats to play on, in different shapes and sizes. Outdoors there are little play houses, go carts, slides, swings and bungee jumping on trampolines which is lots of fun, but you have to be the right weight to hold the harness down and children about 3 years of age are ok on it.

I went to Thurleigh on Halloween so we did pumpkin carving, scary tractor rides, non scary tractor rides, a ghost train and there is also a haunted attic. I would say children 7+ would love it! They also do Santa visits near Christmas, Easter themed things at Easter and fabulous birthday parties where you can bring in a cake and get kid friendly food boxes and enjoy your birthday party at Thurleigh.

Outside there are lots of animals like lambs what you can feed, bunnies that are in their little huts, pigs that are quite smelly, ponies that you can ride, guinea pigs that you can hold and there are more animals that you can see. Santa even comes with reindeers around Christmas time.

There is also a small shop in the café with toy watches, bouncy balls, badges, cuddly toys, stretchy animals and lots more great things for good prices. The café is great after a great day playing in and outside at Thurleigh and has a wide range of food like jacket potatoes, salads, meat, pasta dishes, sausages, lasagne and lots more healthy options to choose from. When the weather is hot you can sit outside and when it cold you can sit inside at the tables in the café.

You can enjoy wacky woodsona warm day because there is a variety of nursery rhyme characters and fairytale story houses to play in, you can walk around and explore down under.

The people who work at Thurleigh are very nice and would help you whenever you ask or need something. The people who order the food are very polite and work very quickly to deliver the food to your table.

So why don't you spend your free time at Thurleigh because it's a great price per child and easy to find, it takes us 10 minutes from Bedford to get there. We go to Thurleigh every week and I love it so do the children my mum looks after who are aged between 1-8 years old.
